The organization was created in 2022 as a response to escalation of russian aggression against Ukraine which led to a full scale war.
Volia is a registered non-profit organization working with individual donors, institutional donors, businesses and charities to fund humanitarian projects and support people of Ukraine. Volia functions based on principles of accountability and transparency, which streams to the Ukrainian NGO ecosystem.
